We welcome referrals from dentists, orthodontists, pediatricians, lactation consultants, myofunctional therapists, and other providers. To protect patient privacy, we accept referrals by phone or secure email rather than through a web form.

What to Include in Your Referral
Patient name and contact information
Date of birth
Reason for referral (tongue tie, lip tie, narrow palate)
Relevant clinical notes or imaging (via secure email)
Your name and practice
What Happens Next
Our team reviews the referral within one business day.
We contact the patient to schedule a consultation (Fridays, 1 hour, $100).
After evaluation, we share findings and recommendations with you and the patient.
